UI/UX Designer
Job Details
OLLU, a creative studio that specializes in web development, design, and digital marketing, is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. This is a remote or hybrid freelance project basis position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user interface design solutions for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with development and project management teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on-time
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve and refine interface designs
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and libraries
- Work closely with the design team to develop cohesive and consistent design solutions across different projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
- Experience designing interfaces for both web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of design systems and experience developing design libraries
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on a freelance project basis
- Availability to work in a remote or hybrid work environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working with WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Principle or Flinto
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
- Familiarity with animation and motion design
